What is Lalamu Studio?
Lalamu Studio is an easy-to-use platform for automated Lipsync of human and non-human-faces. Our software works with artificial intelligence. Considering that Lalamu Studio is offered "as is" and is still in beta, Lalamu Studio does not accept responsibility for suboptimal results. How does Lalamu Studio work?
You can upload a video and audio file with a maximum length of 2 minutes or opt for text-to-speech to generate your audio content. Text-to-speech is currently limited to 1500 characters. To use the text-to-speech functionality, start by selecting a voice in your desired language from a diverse range of both female and male voices, some expressing specific emotions as indicated for each voice. In the next step, input the text that you want to be spoken by the selected voice. Press enter and wait for the process to complete. If there are multiple individuals (humans or characters) in the video, lip-syncing will be applied to the three closest individuals to the screen. (We are currently developing a face-chooser feature that will allow you to drag and drop the audio to a specific face.)
Once your video is completed, you will receive an email inviting you to download your video. We will send up to four reminders, as we plan to delete the video after 7 days. Your download essentially functions as an upload to your media library on Canva, where it will remain permanently accessible unless you choose to delete it. If, for any reason, your video cannot be processed, you will be notified via email.
Please note that you can only lip-sync one video at a time.
Please be aware that the presets are only authorized for testing purposes and should not be used for commercial purposes.
How many people
or characters can be lip-synced in one video?
Currently, we have limited the number of people or characters that can be lip-synced within one video to three individuals. It will always be the closest three to the camera.
Is it permissible to remove the watermark?
With free credits, you are not permitted to remove the watermark.
What is the maximum duration for the uploaded video?
The maximum video and audio length is 2 minutes.
What happens if my uploaded video is longer than 2 minutes?
You will receive an error-message. Credits are only deducted if the video can be processed.
What happens if my uploaded audio is shorter than my video?
If your video file exceeds the length of your audio file, the video will stop at the audio's duration.
What happens if my uploaded audio is longer than my video?
If your audio file exceeds the duration of the video file, the video will loop until the audio is completed.
Which video formats are allowed?
mp4, m4v, webm, webp, jpg, png, gif, jpeg
Can I also use photos?
Yes. The photo then becomes a video with the length of the audio file.
What resolution do the Lip Sync videos have?
As Lalamu Studio is still in beta, the resolution of the videos is relatively low.
How long does a Lip Sync video take?
Our video processing is renowned for its speed, typically completing in less time than the actual length of the video. However, depending on the number of users at any given time, there may be a waiting period. Our processing bar indicates where you are in the queue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I lip-sync more than one video at a time, or do I need to wait until each video is processed before starting another one?
You can only lip-sync one video at a time.
How do I purchase credits?
When you press the call-to-action button?, you can view your remaining credits and purchase more if desired. To do so, you need to verify your email. Following verification, you will see the available price packages, which you can purchase using a credit card. In the case of the mobile version, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay. Regardless of the method of purchase, the credits will be consolidated in your account. After the payment is completed, you will receive an invoice via email.
In which currency can I pay?
You can make payments in either Euros or Dollars using a credit card (on both the desktop and mobile versions), or through Apple Pay or Google Pay (on the mobile version).
Where can I see the number of credits I have?
When you press the call-to-action button, you can view your remaining credits.
Will credits be deducted if a video fails to work or becomes stuck?
No, you will receive an email notification if such an issue occurs.
Can I purchase more than one credit package within a month?
Certainly, you can buy as many packages as you need.
How do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent via email immediately after you have purchased credits.
Can I return my purchased credits for a refund?
Under the right of withdrawal of the consumer pursuant to § 11 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days without providing any reasons. This right is only valid if you have not used any credits from the purchased package during this period. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.
Will I receive a refund if the video outcome is unsatisfactory?
AS LALAMU STUDIO IS STILL IN THE BETA VERSION, ACCURATE RESULTS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. LALAMU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY OF THE RESULTS DELIVERED BY THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING VERY INACCURATE LIPSYNC RESULTS, LOW-QUALITY RESULTS, AND DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO SERVER OVERLOAD. LALAMU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.
